*Pricing varies with hair extensions. Unused blowouts do not carry over. Consultation is needed before blowout is given for pricing transparency. Blowouts lasting longer than one hour are subject to pricing change.

Membership Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the membership offered by Hollywood Hair Salon and Spa (“Hollywood”, “we” or “our”) to our individual clients (“members”)

By enrolling into Hollywood Hairs membership program you (“the member”) agree to the following terms.

Our memberships are designed to reward consistency, elevate your self-care routine and provide exclusive value to our guests.

MEMBERSHIP TERM

Memberships are based on a 12-month initial commitment. Early cancellation is not permitted unless due to relocation (25+ miles), medical reasons or other approved circumstances. After the initial 12 months, the membership will automatically continue on a rolling monthly basis until cancelled by the Member. Membership benefits begin on the date of purchase and renew automatically every billing cycle.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Membership Cancellations must be received at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. Refunds are not issued for any unused or partially used months, except as required by law. Hollywood Hair Salon and Spa reserves the right to cancel or suspend a membership due to non-payment, misconduct, or misuse of membership privileges.

PAYMENT

Membership fees are charged automatically on a monthly basis to the payment method provided at sign-up. You agree to keep your payment details current and valid. If a payment fails, Hollywood Hair Salon and Spa may suspend your membership benefits until the payment issue is resolved. Repeated failed payments may result in cancellation of the membership. Non use does not pause membership. Failure to use service does not pause or extend the membership term. 3A. Card on File By enrolling, you authorize Hollywood Hair Salon and Spa to securely store your payment method on file and charge it for: Monthly membership fees Late Cancellations or no-show fees (see cancellation/no show policy) Any additional services or upgrades received.

ROLLOVER POLICY

Unused services do not rollover for future use unless specified for membership. Membership credits cannot be exchanged for cash or gifted to another person. Membership credits for facial membership can be transferred to another person 2x within 12 months.

BOOKING AND APPOINTMENTS

All appointments are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance. Members must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Missed appointments or cancellations made within 24 hours will result in the forfeiture of the scheduled service and or a cancellation fee charged to the card on file Late arrivals may shorten the length of your treatment.

CHANGES TO TERMS OR PRICING

Hollywood Hair Salon and Spa reserves the right to modify membership terms, pricing, or included services with at least 30 days’ written notice. While pricing may be subject to change, however active members may receive preferred or legacy pricing at Hollywood Hair Salon and Spa’s discretion. Members who do not agree to the new terms may cancel their membership before the changes take effect.

GENERAL

Memberships are non-transferable and intended for individual use only - unless specified. Hollywood Hair may terminate a membership at any time if a Member violates these terms or salon policies. All services are subject to availability and professional discretion. Hollywood Hair Salon and Spa reserves the right to substitute services of equal or greater value if specific service becomes unavailable. These terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
